The Christchurch City Mission has been at the heart of our city since 1898. What started then has grown to become a vital social service provider. After helping address the problems of our society and community we have a problem of our own. And we urgently need help. We no longer have the facilities, or the space, to assist the people who need us: Our buildings are outdated, dilapidated, and too small. We have found the best and most cost-effective solution. A plan that would redevelop the City Mission and prepare it for the future. For this to happen we need $10 million. And the support of people who have the interests of Christchurch at heart. This website will tell you about our plans for the future and how you can be involved. I hope that I, this city, and its people, can rely on your kindness.
